What's Included in the Premium SUV Airport Experience?

The new service includes the following benefits for TravelOne cardholders:

•  4 complimentary domestic airport transfers per year (maximum 1 per quarter)

• Valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026

• Eligibility: Available only for primary cardholders (the card must be activated and at least 45 days old). Add-on and corporate cardholders are not eligible.

Ride Details

• The rides will be in a premium SUV, such as the Toyota Hycross (or a similar vehicle).

• Up to 3 passengers and 3 large bags can be accommodated.

• Chauffeur details are shared approximately 30 minutes before the pickup time.

• Bookings must be made through HSBC Concierge at least 72 hours prior to travel.

Distance Coverage

• 30 km: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Gurgaon & most Tier-2 cities

• 50 km: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Ghaziabad, Navi Mumbai, Faridabad, Manesar, Kochi

• Extra distance chargeable + GST

Waiting Policy

• 15 minutes complimentary waiting for home pickup (₹100 per 30 minutes beyond, if mutually agreed)

• 1 hour complimentary waiting post flight landing

• No-show will be treated as a used ride
